Indra Prasetya Wisnuwardhana (“Indra”) is a key member of A&CO Law Office and plays an active role in the firm’s corporate and commercial advisory practice, with particular experience advising clients on agency and distribution arrangements, as well as a broad range of commercial transactions and contractual matters.

At A&CO, Indra regularly advises both foreign and Indonesian companies on the structuring of agency and distribution models, drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, regulatory and compliance considerations, and commercial risk assessment. He is known for delivering clear, structured, and commercially practical advice, enabling clients to align their legal strategies with business objectives and day-to-day operational realities in Indonesia.

Indra is also involved in software licensing enforcement matters, where he assists A&CO’s clients—particularly international software owners—in taking legal action against unauthorized use and infringement of licensed software. His work in this area includes supporting enforcement strategy, reviewing evidence, preparing legal documentation, and assisting in negotiations and dispute resolution processes against software infringers, ensuring that clients’ intellectual property rights are effectively protected in Indonesia.

In addition to his corporate and IP-related work, Indra has significant experience in family and inheritance law, having handled matters involving annulment, divorce, child custody and parenting arrangements, division of marital assets, and inheritance disputes. He assists clients throughout both contentious and non-contentious processes, including legal strategy development, drafting of submissions and agreements, and representation before the relevant Indonesian courts.
