Ardhiyasa Suratman (“Dias”) is the founder and managing partner of A&CO Law Office. Dias obtained his Bachelor of Law degree from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, majoring in International Law. He is a licensed advocate from the Indonesian Advocates Association since 2008 and a licensed Intellectual Property Consultant since 2015. With years of practice in various prominent Indonesian intellectual property and corporate firms, his main areas of practice include contractual matters, intellectual property investigation, market surveys, anti-counterfeit projects and enforcement actions in relation to Software Licenses and Trademarks in Indonesia. In 2015, he obtained a scholarship from the Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS) & The Japan Patent Office (JPO) to attend the JPO/IPR Training Course for IP Dispute Resolution Lawyers in Tokyo, Japan. He is also a licensed of Bankruptcy Receiver & Administrator from the Indonesian Ministry of Justice and a member of Indonesian Receiver and Administrator Association (Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia – AKPI).

Experience
Dias has been handling various Intellectual Property (IP) matters, from the non-contentious matters to the contentious matters for more than 13 years. His extensive experiences in IP matters made A&CO, in 2017, was awarded with the Firms to Watch award from Asia Legal Business and in 2019 was awarded with the Top Legal Compliance Law Firm Award by one of the world’s leading design software companies for his performances and achievements. Apart from the IP, Dias also handles contractual matters, Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment cases and many commercial civil litigation cases for clients from various backgrounds of industries. Dias is also one of caretaker of Indonesian Bar Association (AAI) South Jakarta Branch as Deputy of Sports and Arts Division and active member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI) and also the caretaker of Indonesian Intellectual Property Attorneys Association (Asosiasi Konsultan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual Indonesia – AKHKI) under division of Advocate & Consultancy. In addition, he is also the head division of IP & Advocate of Indonesian Creative Movement Jakarta (Gekrafs Jakarta). Dias is also a member of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (“APAA”).

Professional Background
Ade B. Setiarini (“Ade”) obtained her Bachelor of Law degree from University of Indonesia, Depok, majoring in Litigation in 2002, and joined A&CO in 2016.
Before joining A&CO, Ade worked at several prominent firms in Jakarta, including Soemadipradja & Taher and Adnan Buyung Nasution & Partners. Ade’s main areas of practice include Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payments, Intellectual Property, Civil Litigation, Arbitration, Alternative Dispute Settlement, Franchise and Distribution. Ade advises clients on a wide range of industries including computer software, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), fashion, finance & leasing, telecommunication, information & technology, and automotive.
Ade is admitted to practice law in Indonesia in 2007 and is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI) and a licensed Intellectual Property Consultant and member of the of Indonesian Intellectual Property Attorneys Association (Asosiasi Konsultan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual Indonesia – AKHKI) and is licensed as Receiver and Administrator from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia.

Abraham Devrian (“Abraham”) graduated from University of Atma Jaya, Jakarta, majoring in Business Law in 2009. Abraham is admitted to practice law in Indonesia in 2013, and a licensed Receiver and Administrator from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia in 2017.
Abraham is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – Peradi) and Indonesian Receiver and Administrator Association (Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia – AKPI). Boyn Turnip (“Boyn”) graduated from Parahyangan Catholic University in 2015, before becoming an associate at A&CO in early 2022, he worked in the legal corporate department of a foreign investment company in Indonesia.
Boyn joined the firm as a member of the litigation practice group and assists both Indonesian and foreign clients. His legal expertise varies in several areas of law practice, such as Corporate and Commercial Dispute, Man Power Dispute and Suspension of Debt Payment.
He is a licensed advocate from Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) in 2018. He speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Professional Background
Christophorus Wisnoe Rurupadang (“Christo”) joined A&CO in February 2020. At A&CO, he focuses his practice on Litigation, Commercial Disputes, Intellectual Property, Restructuring & Insolvency, Manpower and General Corporate. He has worked on a variety of suspension debts payment cases (“PKPU”) across a wide range of industries and sectors.
A 2019 graduate of Padjadjaran University Law Faculty, where he majored in Economic Law, he was an active member of the university’s moot court community, and represented his university in a national moot court competition. He was on the winning team in a moot court competition held by Gadjah Mada University in 2016.
Christo has passed the Indonesian Bar Exam organized by the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI) in 2020.

Professional Background
Mathias Bagas Pangestu (“Bagas”) joined A&CO in November 2020 as associate, prior to which he worked as a legal executive at a shipping company in Jakarta, where he focused on employment and day to day general corporate matters.
A 2019 graduate from the University of Padjadjaran’s law faculty, where he majored in economic law. When he was a student in 2018 he was chosen by his faculty to become “Anti Competition Ambassador for Padjadjaran University” and obtain a one year internship at the Indonesian Anti Competition Commissions (KPPU) in Jakarta.
Bagas has passed the Indonesian Bar Exam organized by the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI) in 2020.

Fitri Astari Asril (“Astari”) graduated from the Faculty of Law of Padjadjaran University in September 2020 majoring in ICT and IP Law, before joining A&CO as an associate in early 2022, she was working at one of corporate law firm in Jakarta.
During her university time, She was active in various committees, organizations, and competitions. In 2019 she was selected as one of the student participant to attend Bangkok International Student Conference for her paper title “The Influence of Social Media in Election Campaigns in Indonesia “
Astari has a very strong interest in the field of Intellectual Property, where in 2020 she started her career as an intern at one of the multinational Intellectual Property agencies in Jakarta. In 2020 She is also taking an education session at WIPO (World of Intellectual Property Organization) – Saudi Arabia Summer School on Intellectual Property.
She’s currently studying for a Law Magister Degree at Technische Universität Dresden, Germany, majoring in Intellectual Property Law.

Ruth Arthasya (“Ruth”) graduated from the Faculty of Law of Diponegoro University, Semarang in November 2021 with the title of 2nd Most Outstanding Student (Cumlaude Graduate).
Prior to joining A&CO, Ruth worked at an Indonesian law firm with an internationally oriented practice and a focus on corporate and commercial law.

Experience
At A&CO, she has been part of teams that assist clients on general corporate, foreign investment, and technology, media and telecommunications matters. She has also worked on due diligence projects related to M&A deals for the telecommunications industry.

Professional Background
Kelvin Adytia Pratama (“Kelvin”) graduated from the Faculty of Law of Padjadjaran University in September 2020 majoring in Technology, Information, and Intellectual Property, before joining A&CO as an associate in 2022, he was working at the subsidiary company of one of the Indonesian government bank in Jakarta.
During his university time, he was the President of Student Executive Board (BEM) Faculty of Law University of Padjadjaran. At this moment Kelvin is still in the middle of completing his Magister Law study from Universitas Indonesia majoring in business law.
